  • Boning Hall Apprentices – We have two vacancies for positions in our expanding Boning Hall department, commencing 5th September 2016. No previous experience necessary, with full training provided on a 12 month programme, following an NVQ level II in Meat & Poultry processing. A progressive payment structure throughout the placement with full support for block skill from your internal mentor and our on site training provider.

In addition we have a site in Leicester, Parker Fine Foods. A vacancy has arisen within the management team for the position of Technical Manager (part time).
